Here’s Your Homework For Day 1

STEP ONE: Create A Free Gmail Account

If you already have a gmail account skip to step two

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to a new browser
  2. Go to https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256?hl=en
  3. Click on “Create An Account”
  4. Proceed to fill in the required information to create an account

STEP TWO: Create Your YouTube Channel

If you already have a YouTube Channel created, skip to step three.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to a new browser
  2. Go to https://www.youtube.com/
  3. Click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner
  4. A drop down menu should appear. One of the first options should say "create a channel" Click on it
  5. Select a profile picture for your channel. (I personally use my business logo. You could use a headshot or a logo, it really doesn't matter
  6. Insert your name and YouTube handle. I would try to make your handle the same as your other social media handles
  7. Then click "create channel"

STEP THREE: Setup Your YouTube Channel

If you already have a YouTube Channel created, skip to step three.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to a new browser
  2. Go to https://www.youtube.com/
  3. Click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner
  4. A drop down menu should appear. One of the first options should say "YouTube Studio" Click on it
  5. Once your in YouTube Studio, on the left hand side, click on settings
  6. Once in settings, click on channel. Then click on feature eligibility
  7. You will see three types of features: Standard, Intermediate, & Advanced
  8. You should automatically have Standard features enabled
  9. In order to enable Intermediate features you will need to verify your phone number
  10. In order to enable Advanced features you will have three different options. The fastest way is to provide a valid ID (it may take some time for YouTube to verify your ID, so please be patient)
  11. Then make sure to click save on the bottom right hand corner

STEP FOUR: The 4S Method

Now we're going to create your own personalized Simple, Successful, Sustainable & Scalable Social Media Strategy!

Here are the steps:

  1. Open up your notebook or an empty Google Doc or anything you can take notes on
  2. Uncover Your Why
    1. There are so many different lead generation strategies you can use to grow your business outside of social media. Spend some time thinking why social media.
  3. Select Your Target Audience
    1.  Spend some time thinking about the type of client that you want to help
    2. What Problems are they facing?
    3. What Questions are they asking or looking for the answer to?
    4. What Roadblocks are currently stopping them from getting their goal?
    5. What is the Dream Result that they want to achieve?
  4. Write Down Your Goal
    1.  You could be super specific and create a S.M.A.R.T. goal
    2. Or spend some time thinking about do you want social media to be a main driver of leads/business or something to supplement your other prospecting/marketing efforts
  5. Write Down The Platform You're Going To Focus On
    1.  The answer is YouTube. This is the only right answer
  6. Write How Often You Are Going To Post
    1.  Commit to at least 1 long form video every two weeks or 1 video per week.
  7. Write Down When You're Going To Post
    1. This doesn't matter as much. Just pick a time and stick to it

STEP FIVE: Now Celebrate In The Facebook Group

Take a selfie of yourself in front of your computer. And make sure to smile big!

Go in the Facebook Group right now and upload the photo. Copy and paste this at the beginning of your caption “COMPLETED DAY 1 🥳”

Or if you need help completing the homework, look in the Facebook group for people who already completed the homework. Then politely ask if they can help you. It takes a tribe, right?

This Challenge is to meant to push you out your comfort zone. So don’t expect it to be a walk in the park. I want you to grow

Here's A Quick Overview
Of Week 4:

Week 4 — Distribution & Nurture: “Scale and Future-Proof”

Super-Specific Outcome

Have your next 30 days scheduled in Metricool, know exactly how to hand this off if you want someone else to run it, then graduate and roll into the Mastermind.

What we’ll do live (keep it tight)

  • What if I want someone else to manage my social media?
Quick handoff plan: give them your Week 1 profile, Week 2 calendar, and Week 3 pillar video/clips. Set one approval rule (e.g., “Draft by Fri 3pm, I approve Mon 9am”).
  • Set up Metricool (fast):
Create account → connect channels → add posting slots → import your Week 2 calendar + Week 3 clips → schedule 30 days.
  • Congratulations:
You now have an assistant, a plan, pillar content, and a scheduler actually running.
  • Next step (pitch):
Join the AI WON’T Replace Me Mastermind for weekly implementation and accountability (start with the $27 trial).

Definition of Done (W4)

  • Metricool connected and 30 days scheduled.
  • Handoff plan documented (3 items + approval rule).
  • Next step chosen (DIY with weekly review, or join the Mastermind).

Homework (15–20 min)

  • Double-check times and links on your scheduled posts.
  • If delegating: share the three assets + approval rule and add your person to Metricool.
  • Drop your calendar review on Mondays (15 minutes).

Proof (simple)

  • Screenshot of your Metricool month view posted in “Week 4 Proof.”
  • One line: “Week 4 done—30 days scheduled.”
