Here’s The Story:

When I first started using ChatGPT, it had only been out for a month

My plan was to leverage it to create podcast episode titles and show notes

But here’s the catch:

• I didn’t have a degree in computer science and I’ve NEVER taken a programming or developer class
• All of the courses and trainings teaching how to use AI were made by developers, for developers
• I didn't consider myself tech savvy. I mean yeah I knew to record and edit some reels on Instagram but that was the extent of my tech-savviness.  

Before I got to where I am today, I was confused and didn’t have any results to show for it…

Like many real estate agents, I was wearing all of the hats in my business. I was the lead generator, the CEO, everything all in one.

I was trying the most inexpensive ways to leverage that didn't require hiring someone.

Then I watched a course on How To Use ChatGPT. At the end the person revealed himself creating the entire course curriculum and presentations with ChatGPT.

And it really got me thinking. If he could create an entire curriculum and I wasn't able to tell the difference between if AI generated it or he did,

What else could it do?

So two weeks later I used ChatGPT to create a webinar on "How to use ChatGPT"

Used ChatGPT create the presentation, the description on the Eventbrite page, the emails to get people to sign up and the email reminders,

At the end of the webinar, I sold tickets to my first ever paid workshop and made more in 1 hour than I made working 3 months at the restaurant

And that’s when it clicked. That's when I realized…
