Here’s Your Homework For Day 3

STEP ONE: Let ChatGPT Work It’s MagicÂ
So many people struggle with coming up with content ideas. Especially once you start uploading multiple times per week.
If you did the Day 2 homework you would never have an issue with that ever again.
But then that brings up the next issues, what do you actually say when you’re on camera. Now depending on who you ask, some people will tell you it’s better to be off the cuff and others live & die by their video script.
With that being said, there will always be two things that always remain true.
First, no matter how good you are on camera. You will always be more efficient and more impactful with your words when you take the time to create a well thought out script.
Second, it is a lot harder to go off the cuff when you are first getting started recording videos.
1. Open up a new browser
2. Go to chat.openai.com
3. If you’re not already logged in, log in
4. Start a new chat
5. For better results switch to ChatGPT 4
6. Copy and paste this prompt below into ChatGPT. Then press send.
Imagine you are a social media influencer with millions of followers. I just hired you to help me get to my first million followers by posting entertaining, educational short-form videos that are under a minute long.
I will provide you with a content idea and then you will create a video script following the framework below.
Negative Hook → Alternative Option(s) → Promise → Solution(s) → Call to Action
## Negative Hook: Grab their attention with a bold negative statement, people will always listen up when they feel like their doing something wrong. It’s your time to create your villain
**Example**: Squats are the most dangerous exercise, you NEED to stay away from
## Alternative Option(s): Now it’s time to play hero, give them an alternative to the horrible negative and preferably 3 alternatives.
**Example**: Instead, here’s 3 exercise you can do on leg day
## Promise: Give them a drastic and visionable result to look forward to
**Example**: to get tree trunks as legs
## Solution(s): Now you have to perform on your promise, give them 3 valuable alternatives to your solution
**Example**: First exercises being the Romanian Deadlift, this will absolutely murder your hamstrings.
Second exercises is the leg extension, keep these slow and controlled and if you don’t want to walk tomorrow pause for 1 second at the top of the rep. End it off with some body weight lunges, complete these until failure.
## Call-to-Action: Now lets get some engagement bait, either ask for a like, save, share, or comment.
**Example**: Make sure to save this post to keep this workout
Do you understand? If so, please ask me for the first idea
7. Now put in an idea. Preferably this would be one of the ideas that ChatGPT generated in the Day 2 Homework
8. After you’ll have to edit some parts to make it sounds more like you and make sure the information is correct.
I created 16 reels for this launch, all of which were generated with AI

STEP TWO: Now Name The Chat
Now ChatGPT automatically saves the chat for you. But what if you wanted to come back to it?
ChatGPT saves all the conversations on the left hand side (when you’re on desktop) so you can easily go back to them.
But the more you play around with ChatGPT, the more conversations you’ll start. And then it’ll start getting messy and you won’t be able to remember what you were talking about in each chat.
If you don’t name the chat, ChatGPT will name it for you. And most of the time the names are memorable.
It’s best practice to name all of your chats so you can find what you need when you need it so here are the steps.
1. When you’re in ChatGPT, on the left hand side find the conversation that you want to name. Click on it.
2. Now hover your mouse over the conversation that you want name, this time 3 dots should appear. Click on it.
3. Click rename
4. Delete what is currently typed in
5. Replace with something that will be easy to remember. I usually name my chats after task that it accomplishes.
6. Then press enter or return

STEP THREE: Now Celebrate In The Facebook Group
Take a photo of your content calender that ChatGPT generated for you.Â
Then go in the Facebook Group right now and upload the photo. Copy and paste this at the beginning of your caption “COMPLETED DAY 2🥳”
Or if you need help completing the homework, look in the Facebook group for people who already completed the homework. Then politely ask if they can help you. It takes a tribe, right?
This Challenge is to meant to push you out your comfort zone. So don’t expect it to be a walk in the park. I want you to grow
