Make Sure To Do The Homework Below

Here’s Your Homework For Day 2

STEP ONE: Laying The Groundwork

Before we start using some of the magical prompts that I made for you, there’s a little bit of prep work we have to do first.
I think it was Abe Lincoln that said if he had 8 hours to cut a tree, he would spend the first six sharpening his axe.

So here’s what you need prior to moving on to step 2

1. Think of who you are most qualified to help. Or think about who do you feel most fulfilled helping. For this exercise, that’ll be your target audience. Then write it down.
For example: If you’re a realtor, this could be first time home buyers

2. Think of 5 topics that you can speak on for hours. Make sure 1-2 of those topics are personal. Then write it down.
For example: If my audience was first time home buyers, some topics could be understanding the home buying process, home buyer myths, and a personal topic could be travel

3. I want you to ask yourself this question, if you were 100% certain that social media had ZERO returns for your business, would you still create content?
Now if you answered no that’s perfectly fine. I want you to realize there’s a reason that we as business owners create content. And usually it’s something to do with our business

What is that reason for you? To get more leads, brand visibility, more followers, more engagement? Whatever it is, write it down.

4. The last step before we move on is pretty simple. How would people describe your communication style?
Are you direct and to the point? Are you more sarcastic and clever? Are you more formal?
Whatever it is, write it down.

STEP TWO: Let ChatGPT Work It’s Magic

Now we did the ground work, this step is more plug and play.

1. Open up a new browser
2. Go to chat.openai.com
3. If you’re not already logged in, log in
4. Start a new chat
5. For better results switch to ChatGPT 4
6. Copy this prompt below into ChatGPT but DON’T press send
Target audience: [ideal client avatar]
Topics: [Insert 3-5 topics. Make 1-2 topics personal to you]
Content Goal: [Ex: generate leads, get more engagement, etc/]
Communication style: [style that most resembles your natural speech]

Using the information above, create a one-month marketing plan for real estate agents specializing in [what you specialize in] targeting my ideal client avatar Break it down week by week and list out the specific days and times to post each video based on the best times to post for each day. Create 1 video per week. Include content ideas to post in between.
7. Now wherever you see brackets, fill in the information from step 1. Then press send.
8. After Chat GPT generates a response follow up with prompt below
Format as content posting table with 4 columns. Column 1 - Date. Column 2 - social media post for the day. Column 3 - fun, engaging caption with hashtags. Column 4 - optimal time to post.

STEP THREE: Now Name The Chat

Now ChatGPT automatically saves the chat for you. But what if you wanted to come back to it?

ChatGPT saves all the conversations on the left hand side (when you’re on desktop) so you can easily go back to them.

But the more you play around with ChatGPT, the more conversations you’ll start. And then it’ll start getting messy and you won’t be able to remember what you were talking about in each chat.

If you don’t name the chat, ChatGPT will name it for you. And most of the time the names are memorable.

It’s best practice to name all of your chats so you can find what you need when you need it so here are the steps.

1. When you’re in ChatGPT, on the left hand side find the conversation that you want to name. Click on it.
2. Now hover your mouse over the conversation that you want name, this time 3 dots should appear. Click on it.
3. Click rename
4. Delete what is currently typed in
5. Replace with something that will be easy to remember. I usually name my chats after task that it accomplishes.
6. Then press enter or return

STEP FOUR: Now Celebrate In The Facebook Group

Take a photo of your content calender that ChatGPT generated for you.

Then go in the Facebook Group right now and upload the photo. Copy and paste this at the beginning of your caption “COMPLETED DAY 2 🥳”

Or if you need help completing the homework, look in the Facebook group for people who already completed the homework. Then politely ask if they can help you. It takes a tribe, right?

This Challenge is to meant to push you out your comfort zone. So don’t expect it to be a walk in the park. I want you to grow
